Welcome, this page informs you of Inarius ("the bot"), and Invalid Syntax Developer Groups' ("our", "we", "development team") policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the bot. Information Collection
- The bot collects, and stores guild id, and name as part of its settings. This includes configurable preferences, and options set by the server owner, or administration team.
- The bot also collects, and stores Discord server owners' id, and username to store along with the associated configurable settings.
Information Usage
- The collected data is used solely for the purpose of providing the bots' functionality within the guilds that it is apart of.
Information Sharing
- The bot does not share, communicate, or relay the preferences, options, or other data collected with any third parties.
- The development team does not sell, trade, or transfer any information collected.
Information Security
- The bot takes reasonable measures to protect the collected data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosue.
- The development team is committed to ensuring the security of the collected data, however, no method of transmission, or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention
- The bot retains the collected guild settings for as long as necessary to provide its functionality within the guilds it is apart of.
- If a guild decides to remove the bot from their server, the associated settings will be deleted.
Privacy Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2023-07-19 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the bot after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
