Welcome and thank you for being interested in using Inarius Discord Companion! These Terms of Service ("terms") govern your use of our services and software offered through Inarius Discord Companion (the "service", "bot"), which is hosted on Discord. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You should read carefully the following Terms of Service before using, as well as the Privacy Policy.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own Discord accounts and for all activities that occur under the account. You agree not to use the service to conduct any activity that would constitute a breach of law or that could harm other users or their data.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights related to the bot and its components, including all intellectual property rights, belong to Invalid Syntax Developer Group, except as explicitly noted. The bot's name, imagery, and content inspired by Blizzard Entertainment's 'Diablo' series are used under nominative use or are covered by copyright exceptions. No claim is made to the exclusive rights to Blizzard Entertainment's trademarks or copyrighted materials. Use of our bot does not confer any proprietary rights in or to Blizzard Entertainment's intellectual property.
Privacy Policy
By using the bot, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Invalid Syntax Developer Group, nor any of its affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use of the bot; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party in connection with the bot; (iii) any content obtained from the bot; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms. All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change our terms at any time and you should check this page periodically. Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications to the terms on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified terms.
Governing Law
